Description of the AutoCell Incubators Jouan Robotics AutoCell Incubators are comprised of plate hotels positioned on a carousel (except AutoCell 44), a robotic hand able to store and retrieve plates from these hotels, all included in a high quality incubation chamber. The chamber is fitted with a gas-tight small gate which automatically opens to allow the robotic hand position the plates on an external shelf (transfer station). Manual access to the samples is still possible thanks to a standard incubator door (insulated and heated door + glass door) AutoCell incubators are available in various sizes: 44, 110, 200 and 500 microplates For each size, two configurations are available:

Temperature and Humidity control AutoCell incubators are available in two temperature control versions:
Jouan Robotics also
offers small cold storage units sharing the same architecture as the
AutoCell incubators, but fitted with only a cooling system and providing
a temperature range of 4°C to 20°C. Relative Humidity is maintained at 95 % in the chamber of the incubator versions, and 87-95 % in the chamber of the MuliRange incubator versions, depending on temperature. Performances Thanks to the small size of the transfer gate, the environment inside the incubation chamber is significantly more stable than in standard incubators when opening the front door.

|
Software control and integration A standard RS-232 interface allows easy control of all robotic actions and incubation parameters from a master supervisor software. An EasyPanel software is available for direct control of simple actions.
